Bee Safe

    'I went to space'

Cian P.7 when asked how he felt when playing one of the singing bowls and being part of a soundscape with classmates.

The Bee Safe project is a project designed for primary seven students to realise 'the importance of me'   in a world of 7.5 billion people. I designed fifteen minute workshops on this theme using sound and the idea that we as individuals have our own vibration that is unique in the world.   In the same way that each of us has a unique set of skills, experiences and passions we too have our      own vibrations even though we can't hear them.   Using sound bowls, percussion and voice I made soundscapes with each group so that participants       could explore different vibrations and how different sounds resonate with different people.
